During the last show in Tokyo, Japan Eric Clapton and his band did play again some fabulous Derek and The Dominos songs such as Why Does Love Got To Be So Sad, Little Wing, Anyday and Got To Get Better In A Little While !!!
EC's acoustic solo song was today "Rambling On My Mind".

Tonight show was undoubtly major highlight of this Japan tour!
Finally, 1st electric set was filled with the Dominos tunes. The audience in arena was so heated up! when EC appered,They're all stood up! I've never seen like that in resent tours in this country.
Was EC influenced by such an excited audiance? He was very aggressive through the show.
For one case, while he playing the guitar solo in "Got to get better in a little while", He playing upper frets so fast and cut E-string, but he didn't care and keep on playing very powerfully untill pass the solo to Willie Weeks.
Tonight show was the last show in this Japan tour. So EC announced a special thanks to UDO Artists staffs.
Then he began playing the Jimi Hendrix's original version intro of "Little Wing". It reminds me of "Live at the Fillmore", and it blew my mind...
As you know, EC had been playing this song in Dominos tour after Hendrix's death to mourn for him.
It is unbelievable that I can hear this arranged "Little Wing" 36 years after now in Japan!
And during Doyle's solo, EC gestured "keep on! keep on!" To remember, SRV also covered this song.
Of course, Derek's guitar playing is awesome too! Especially he plays same licks that Duane Allman used to play.
So I felt it was a multiple meaning dedication to three late best friends of his.
It was an emotional moment and touched my heart.
