Sinopsis:
En una isla perdida en medio del Atlántico, un grupo de adolescentes que vive en un orfanato aislado se da cuenta de que su vigilante ha desaparecido. Liam, Pearl, May, Bastian, Shawn y Thomas disfrutan de una noche de libertad, hasta que abandonan el centro. Al llegar a la ciudad descubren el caos. Una extraña enfermedad ha afectado a los adultos que viven en la isla convirtiéndoles en zombies asesinos que acaban con todo a su alrededor, incluso con sus propios hijos.
