Sinopsis:
El film es una nueva adaptación del videojuego "Hitman" centrado en el personaje del título, un asesino genéticamente modificado creado a partir del ADN recombinado de cinco de los más peligrosos delincuentes del mundo. Su nombre proviene de los dos últimos dígitos de un código de barras en la parte posterior de su cabeza - 640509-040147. Su último blanco es una mega-corporación que planea destrabar el secreto acerca del pasado del Agente 47 para crear un ejército de asesinos cuyos poderes superen incluso los suyos. Aliándose con una joven que puede tener la clave para sobreponerse a sus poderosos y clandestinos enemigos, 47 confronta sorprendentes revelaciones acerca de sus orígenes y desata una épica batalla con su enemigo más mortífero.
