Sinopsis:
El film cuenta la historia de Angela Holmes, una joven de 27 años que accidentalmente se corta su dedo y acaba en un hospital. La herida se le infecta y comenzará a tener un extraño comportamiento con cualquiera que esté cerca suyo, causándole graves heridas e incluso la muerte. Un grupo de sacedortes examinarán a Angela y llegarán a la conclusión de que está poseída. Pero cuando El Vaticano decide realizar un exorcismos, verán como se enfrentan a una antigua fuerza satánica más poderosa de lo que pueden imaginar.
